Paige Romanowski, CPT - Owner

Paige Romanowski is the proud owner of BodyRite Training, a high end group training facility specializing in functional fitness located in Jamesport, New York.  Paige is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association. Her reputation for helping people lose weight and shred body fat is well known around the North Fork thanks to countless client testimonies of weight loss and body transformations. She is also the Nutrition and Fitness Editor for House Magazine, “ Long Island’s premier design, architecture and lifestyle magazine.” Paige’s passion and commitment to the BodyRite Program is evident, BodyRite is more than fitness, it’s a lifestyle. 

Michael Carrozza, CPT

Michael Carrozza is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Nutritionist through American Muscle and Fitness and Head Trainer at BodyRite Training. Mike has many years of experience working as a personal trainer, lifting coach and nutritionist in a variety of different settings.  Mike’s expertise in personal fitness, sports performance improvement, strength and conditioning and nutrition are in high demand. Mike is passionate about improving the quality of life through nutrition and fitness; and is committed to helping you achieve a BodyRite lifestyle. 

Sam Achilich, Yoga Instructor

Sam Achilich is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance. She began her yoga practice ten years ago and fell in love with what yoga brought to her physically, mentally and spiritually. Sam feels that strength training and yoga are the perfect partners for developing a strong, flexible body, a focused mind and an open heart. Her yoga classes will teach clients the fundamental practices of yoga in a comfortable setting. BodyRite clients can look forward to better alignment, breath control and becoming familiar with fundamental standing, seated and balancing poses. 

Drew Kelly, TRX

Drew Kelly is a certified TRX Instructor and Personal Trainer with BodyRite Training.  Drew’s life long pursuit of fitness and staying healthy has evolved into a profession that he is excited about.   Motivating people to show up and work hard is what Drew does best.  Drew’s TRX group classes and one of a kind HIIT classes are selling out thanks to his passion for fitness and having fun! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger,  Drew also believes that “ climbing the ladder of success can’t happen with your hands in your pockets. “ 


Training

Options

Group Training:  
Work with a qualified BodyRite Trainer in small group setting and expect a new challenge in every action packed session. Clients can look forward to becoming proficient in working with kettle bells, sandbags, barbells and anything heavy worth picking up! BodyRite will get you healthier, stronger and moving better for a lifetime!


Private Training:  
Same as above, but with one-on-one attention.  (Please call for availability.)


Nutrition:  
Food is a powerful and can either harm our bodies or help them when it comes to improving our level of health or fitness. BodyRite training believes that food is 100% responsible for body composition. Weight loss, total body transformation and improved health status is what we do at Bodyrite! Complimentary Dietary and nutritional services are provided for all clients. The BodyRite training program teaches clients how to fuse their personal fitness with sensible, uncomplicated nutrition that will yield optimal results.


TRX:  
Suspension training is a great way to increase strength, improve balance and core integrity using your own bodyweight! Come play on the straps with Certified TRX Instructor and Personal Trainer Drew Kelly and get your fitness on with TRX! 


​​​​​​​HIIT:  
High Intensity Interval Training is a great way to turn the heat up in your body!  Certified Personal Trainer Drew Kelly will torch tons of calories for you in this intense hour of fitness.  Expect to be challenged and pushed to the max with our one of a kind BodyRite HIIT session. 


Yoga:
Get down on the mats and into a great hour of yoga practice with BodyRite Yoga Instructor Sam Achilich.  Classes are small and intimate so that you get the best quality instruction and experience at BodyRite.  All levels welcome daily. 


BodyRite Beach Bootcamp:  
​​​​​​​Get out of your comfort zone and into the outdoors. The best hour of group fitness happens on the beach with BodyRite Training every summer rain or shine. Get challenged, become stronger and enjoy working out with a great community of people.  BodyRite owner Paige Romanowski’s Saturday program is the most popular outside bootcamp class on the East End of Long Island, so don’t miss out and join BodyRite Beach Bootcamp!
